...so driving home tonight I stop at a traffic light and two black birds sit above the light watching me, turning to each other and then turning back to me again, now I'm not normally paranoid but I found myself sitting in my car looking around wondering what in the world they were thinking, was it my car, was it me or where they just teasing :-)

Mine is always the under dog the one everyone signs off on, after all if no one expects you to succeed it will be less pressure on you to succeed!!!

...tonight as an author I sit here pondering the age old question, how do you bring in new readers?
what truly draws in the reader to a new author, is the cover?  the length of the story, heard it from a friend or blog?
I would love to hear your thoughts on this very puzzling question dear friends :-)

is it hot to discuss sex in this day and age or are we all totally jaded of everything to do with it?

Life is full of surprises, the good the bad and the ugly and today is a day I shall carry with me when times get tough, today is a day that will forever be ingrained in my heart :-)

PASSION 

today was a day my head and heart was filled with passion!
Passion for life, passion for love, passion for real earthy hot sex.

Does a book need passion?
I believe it does we are all moved by passionate characters, we identify with them to their story to their need and longing for someone.

...so tonight I'm sitting here contemplating my third and final book in the series A Grave Passion and I find myself stumped for a wee change...I find myself asking What is Love?  Is it really "real?" 

Can two people truly love each other or do they pretend for however long to suit themselves and then move on, are animals right, is it purely a baby making need and we've gotten it all mixed up?  

Then I find myself sighing, drinking some tea and almost laughing out loud, LOVE, a little word for such huge out cries, films, songs, books, posters, phone calls, drinks you name it all adhere to the formula of LOVE.

What is LOVE?

Is it tangible or fleeting, are we all lucky in LOVE or are only the lucky few going to experience it in their life time?

Tonight little over a week to go to the release of my first book, A Grave Exchange I sit here giddy with anticipation and nerves, what will become of my book, will more than ten copies sell?  Will it be deemed worthy of a mention amongst friends or berrated for having money been spent on it.

So many questions so many possibilities...if one could only take a wee look into the future :-)
